EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
This method is so called meridian therapy and is different than other energy healing methods. This is like acupuncture but no needles are used. This method also uses affirmations, so the closest description I can think of is "Psychological acupuncture".
EFT is very effective on all kinds of negative emotions like fears, phobias, grief..but also works well on pain and other problems like tinnitus.

Cammalot Seichem ®:
Method of healing which uses five element energies found in nature and other balancing energies for benefit of physical and subtle bodies. Includes chakra balancing ja meridian cleansing.
Reiki:
This is the first thing I learned in my healing journey. In basic terms Reiki is channeling universal healing energy to your energy system.
Reiki is a good basic treatment. The energy is "intelligent" which means it knows where to go and what to do. Reiki works on both physical and mental ailments.
More information about Reiki you can find all over net.
Shamballa Multidimensional Healing®
Shamballa is like Reiki but the energy is different in quality. This energy has the effect of relaxing very deeply.
Shamballa is approved by BCMA (British Complementary Medicine Association)
