What happens during treatment?

Depends what kind of imbalance we are treating. Usually client stands or sits. Clothes are always on. Usually treatment lasts 20-90 minutes.

Treatment is safe. I don't use physical manipulation at all. All is done through energy transference. This does not mean that treatment isn't effective: the energy will realign bones if necessary. Energy healing supports the body's own intelligent healing mechanism.

What can be treated with energy healing?

Almost anything. Effectiveness depends on many factors: age, condition, number of treatments, healers experience.. My motto is: Try it on everything. If it doesn't get better then it doesnt. But I have been amazed many times by the results.

What is the effectiveness based on?

Treatment is based on balancing the body's energy system thus enabling the self repair system to do it's job.

Do I have to believe in order it to work?

No you don't. Treatment works either you believe in it or not. You can treat also animals with these techniques, so no belief is necessary.

What does the treatment feel like?

Depends on the method and the sensitivity of the person. The most usual feelings are tingling, heat, feeling of deep relaxation. Sometimes some pain can be felt for a little while but that's a good sign that energy blockage is clearing.

The amount of feelings does not correspond to effectiveness. Treatment works if you feel something or not.

How long does one treatment affect?

One treatment can cause changes to occur from 1 to 7 days. Because the treatment balances and opens energy pathways the healing part continues long after the actual treatment is over.

How many treatment does it take to heal from a condition?

This is impossible to know in advance. Sometimes one treatment clears a long standing problem, but this is fairly unusual. Usually what is needed are many treatments in successive days. 4 day treatment period is the norm I currently use.

Emotional problems clear usually in the first treatment. This includes traumatic memories, anger, fear and so on. That's because emotions are energy so it's easier to move those out than it's to cause a physical change.

How much does a treatment cost?

At the moment I do treatments based on donations. Everyone can give the amount that they appreciate the treatment. This way everyone can get help, no matter what their financial situation is. I do this work because I want to help.

Why should I come to treatment?

Because energy healing usually helps when nothing else hasn't. And what do you have to lose?

What can I do to be in better healt?

You should have the basics right, meaning food, rest and exercise. If those three are in balance then you are likely to be healthy. Also the way you are emotionally affects your health a great deal. Are you usually angry, sad, or happy?

Higher emotions like joy, happiness and love cause your physical body to be healthy. This has been scientifically proven. Happy persons have stronger immunity than unhappy people.

Negative emotions cause your shields to come down and you are more susceptible to viruses and germs. You also heal from injuries slower if you are "down".

It's important to release old hurts and traumas. If you push them back they are not going anywhere but are influensing you on a subconscious level. To get rid of them I suggest learning and using EFT. With EFT you can literally erase those negative emotions from your energy body and be free from their influense forever.
